One of the primary purposes of the Energy and Building group is to work towards producing an Energy Descent Action Plan for Kendal, and to take this experience to other towns across South Lakes. What is an Energy Descent Action Plan (EDAP)?

| Solar Thermal The Energy and Building groups' previous project involved facilitating domestic solar water heating systems (solar thermal) installation in South Lakes housing through information, site visits, presentations etc. If you are interested in solar thermal, would like to get involved, or would like to benefit from the group, or if you have any suggestions then please get in touch. |
